Founded in 2017, our team has since grown to over 35 people located across the UK. Skilled in multiple specialisms, including manual and automation testing, our team balance attention to detail and maximum efficiency.

Prior to founding Zanoo, Trudi had a lengthy career within the software testing industry, spanning over 20 years. Having performed multiple roles such as Head of Testing, Programme Test Manager, Test Advisor and most other testing roles imaginable, Trudi identified an opportunity to broaden the great impact that quality testing services can deliver to clients. And thus, Zanoo was founded. Since then, Trudi has remained committed to delivering reliable, trusted and thorough testing services for our clients and ensuring that Zanoo remains an innovative, ambitious and inclusive place for our team to work and develop.

Our Journey

Since our establishment in 2017, Zanoo has grown both in terms of the size of our fantastic team of testing professionals as well as our portfolio of remarkable clients for whom we provide services for. Throughout this growth, we have remained laser-focussed on building trusted relationships with our clients and enabling quality across their systems and platforms. There have been key milestones and successes along this journey.

Founded by Testing Expert

Zanoo was established in 2017 by our CEO and Founder, Trudi Flanagan. Following a 20+ year career in software testing within the Financial Services industry, Trudi identified the opportunity to broaden the great impact that high-quality testing can deliver to clients.

Established the Zanoo reputation

Zanoo’s client portfolio soon grew and with that, we positioned ourselves in the marketplace as go-to experts for trusted, dependable testing services.

Unveiled Zanoo’s first HQ

We moved to our first office space in Reading, enabling the team to collaborate, knowledge share and problem-solve together. 

Adapted to Remote Working

As the pandemic unfolded, our company quickly transitioned to a fully remote working model to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees. We ensured this did not impact our client work, maintaining trusted relationships and a high-quality service despite new virtual ways of working.

Expanded our Financial Services Footprint

We entered new financial markets, specifically the Building Society and Investment sectors, which broadened our service reach and increased our client base within the industry. 

Introduced Quality Engineering Services

Having focussed primarily on manual testing, our Quality Engineering capability was established, allowing us to deliver greater efficiency for our clients through the use of automation testing. 

Grew the team by 75%

Our fantastic team of testing professionals grew by an enormous 75%, spurring a relocation of Zanoo’s HQ to a larger office space in Reading. 

Information Security Accreditations Achieved

We gained our Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 accreditations, reinforcing our commitment to security for our clients.
